I help high-achieving women 40+ build sustainable habits and systems that support leadership, parenting and performance in midlife.
Drawing on 25+ years in high-responsibility professional roles, lived experience navigating family mental health challenges, and formal training in nutrition and women’s hormone health, I help you align energy, recalibrate capacity, and lead yourself with clarity under pressure.
This isn’t about removing pressure.
Pressure is part of leadership and life.
It’s about working with your biology - not against it - so you can sustain performance without depleting yourself.
Leadership, energy and life systems coaching for high-achieving women in midlife.
I help high-achieving woman create sustainable habits and systems to support success in career, parenting and wellbeing.
Through lived experience of supporting my teenager through depression, training in nutritionxand women’s hormone health and 25 + years as a professional, I help you manage energy, recalibrate capacity and lead yourself with clarity.
This isn’t about eliminating pressure. That is not realistic. It’s about supporting you to lead yourself through the pressure.
Your capacity shifted. The expectations didn’t. It’s time to realign.
You May Recognise Yourself:
You are holding significant responsibility at work and at home — and rarely get to put anything down
You feel mentally stretched, even when things look “fine” from the outside
You’re navigating constant decision-making, emotional labour, and expectation — with little recovery time
You notice changes in energy, focus, or resilience, and compensate by pushing harder
You’re used to being the reliable one, but feel less steady than you used to
You want structure and clarity, not motivation or another thing to manage
When your capacity shifts, but expectations haven’t.
Many high-acheiving women are carrying a sustained mental and emotional load while navigating career pressure, parenting teenagers, and major physical and hormonal shifts. Expectations rise, support doesn’t, and the internal cost goes unseen.
Because this season was meant to be “easier,” the pressure often goes unnamed. Women keep performing, but clarity, energy, and self‑trust erode under the weight of responsibilities no one acknowledges.
This isn’t a motivation or resilience issue. It’s a demanding life stage that requires stronger self‑leadership, clearer structure, and systems that match the internal load.
Women in this season are often:
Parenting teenagers who need emotional presence and constant decision‑making
Leading careers at their highest expectation point
Managing households, relationships, ageing parents, health, and finances
Holding themselves to high standards for wellbeing
You do not need motivation or to push harder.
You need structure, clarity and to trust yourself again.
My approach
I work from the understanding that when pressure is compounded, self-leadership cannot rely on willpower, motivation, or pushing harder. It requires a systems-based approach that restores clarity, supports capacity, and reduces invisible load.
My work is grounded in a practical self-leadership framework designed specifically for women navigating overlapping demands across career, parenting, and wellbeing.
THE PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE MY WORK:
-
We create clarity around what you’re carrying, separating capability from exhaustion and replacing self-blame with understanding.
-
Energy, sleep, focus, and stress regulation are treated as leadership infrastructure — essential to how you think, decide, and show up.
-
External systems, intentional focus, and kept commitments reduce cognitive load and restore agency without adding more to your plate.
-
Calm, grounded, and practical. You’ll feel understood without being indulged, supported without being pushed, and increasingly confident in your ability to lead yourself steadily - even when pressure remains.
Ways to Work Together:
-
Designed for high-achieving women navigating the convergence of career pressure, parenting teenagers, and midlife biological change.
Together we work to:
• name and understand the full load you are carrying

• reduce invisible mental load through practical life systems
• rebuild capacity so leadership and family life remain sustainableThis work is not about motivation or pushing harder.
It is about recalibrating how you lead yourself so that responsibility, wellbeing and performance can coexist.
Across 12 weeks you will develop practical structures and decision frameworks that help you:

About Rachel
I’m a self-leadership coach and speaker, working with capable, high-achieving women navigating one of the most demanding seasons of life — balancing career, parenting teenagers, and the invisible weight of expectation.
For over 25 years, I worked in senior advisory and analytical roles within the agribusiness sector, operating in complex environments where clarity, decision-making, and responsibility mattered. Alongside my professional career, I am a mother of three teenagers. It was my journey supporting my daughter through significant mental health challenges during her teenage years that became the catalyst for this work.

Navigating her wellbeing while maintaining a demanding career brought the reality of this life stage into sharp focus. I experienced firsthand the cumulative mental and emotional load of parenting teenagers, sustaining professional performance, and holding family life together — all while continuing to appear capable and “fine” on the outside.
As I supported my daughter through awareness, choice, and rebuilding self-belief, I began to recognise the same patterns I had long normalised in myself: over-functioning, striving, and tying worth to achievement.
What also became clear was how unsupported women are during this stage of life. While there is increasing recognition of the need to support parents returning to work with young children, there is very little open dialogue about the later years — when careers peak, teenagers require significant emotional presence, and many women are also navigating physical and hormonal changes. Because this season was assumed to be easier, the load often goes unseen.
This experience is both my motivation and my inspiration for this work. I have invested in formal coaching training and am working toward International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation, grounding my work in ethical, evidence-informed practice.
I bring training and certification in clinical nutrition and women's hormone health, offering a rare and rounded perspective of mid-life challenges for women. I bring together lived experience, professional leadership insight, and coaching expertise to open this conversation and support women to reduce mental load, rebuild self-trust, and lead themselves with clarity and steadiness — without losing themselves in the process.
If you’re navigating a demanding season and want to lead yourself through it with clarity and confidence, the next step is a conversation.
